"UK working days" means Mon–Fri excluding England & Wales bank holidays. If a paid XML can't be downloaded due to an outage, the assessment is automatically extended on resume.
What to do if something is wrong
- 1. Check this page — if the API is down we already know.
- 2. If the indicator is green but you're seeing errors, email support@specvo.com with your project URL and a short description.
- 3. For critical billing issues (charged without XML), include your Stripe receipt — we refund within one working day under the B-tier policy.
