We're onboarding 100 UK OCDEAs to put Specvo through real assessments. While you're testing, you get the full product on the house — and a direct line to the team building it.

What testers get

  • • Two projects free. Your first two projects — every detect, every XML — at no charge. Need more during the beta? Save a card and it's £30 per additional XML, refundable for 14 days if unused.
  • • Direct line to the team. Bugs and feature asks go straight to the founders. Replies inside one working day.
  • • Tester perks at launch. Early supporters will get meaningful discounts and priority onboarding when paid plans open up.
  • • First look at what's next. Flat / maisonette support, As-Built workflow, batch cloning — you shape the roadmap.

At public launch (indicative)

Pay-as-you-go: around £30 per Elmhurst-ready XML. No subscription, no seat fees, no auto-renew. Final figures land here when we exit beta.

Specvo is an OCDEA assistant — you verify every figure in Elmhurst before lodging the EPC. Beta is closed, capped at 100 testers, and project data may be reset before public launch (we'll give 14 days' notice). Pricing shown is provisional. The full terms set out the detail.

How beta works

  1. 1. Sign up — email + password. No card requested.
  2. 2. Run a real project — drag PDFs / spec / U-value calcs. Generate an XML. Try importing it into your Elmhurst account.
  3. 3. Tell us what broke — email reply within one working day.
