A draft SAP 10.2 JSON + Elmhurst-importable XML based on your uploaded drawings and specification. You import the XML into your Elmhurst account, review, and lodge the EPC from there. SAPThings is a data-entry aid, not an accredited assessor — every assessment is signed by you, the OCDEA.

On the reference dataset, 90% of extracted values land within ±10% of the manually-measured ground truth. Confidence scores on every field tell you which to audit first. You are expected to review and override any field before downloading the XML.

Yes. SAPThings produces the XML that your accreditation body imports to generate a lodgeable EPC. You need your own accredited-assessor dashboard to submit the certificate.

Uploaded PDFs are stored in Supabase (EU region) with row-level security scoped to your account. They're processed by Anthropic Claude and/or Google Vertex AI to extract SAP inputs. Files remain until you delete the project or the account. See our privacy policy for details on processors and transfers.

Each draft has a 3-run free cap; each account has a 10 lifetime unpaid run cap. These reset when you purchase an XML for any project. If you hit the cap on a draft you want to keep iterating, download the XML (£30) to unlock unlimited runs on that project, or start a new project.

Go to /wallet and check the most recent transaction — if it showsxml_download, your project is frozen and re-downloadable free forever from its detail page. If the transaction is missing, the charge didn't land and you can safely retry. Still stuck? Email support with your Stripe receipt.

Not yet. MVP covers houses and bungalows (detached, semi-detached, end-terrace, mid-terrace). Flat/maisonette support is on the roadmap.

Wallet balance expires after 12 months of no account activity. You receive email warnings at 10 and 11 months. Top up or use the service to reset the clock. Expired balance is final.

Go to Account settings. Deletion permanently removes your projects, uploads, and profile. We retain anonymised financial records (amount + date of each transaction) for 6 years to meet HMRC requirements.
